Two different jobs, and most providers only do one

Site acquisition needs depth: full utility capacity enquiries, ecology and designation constraints, ransom strips and access, ground investigation context, and the planning history properly interrogated. Getting this wrong is a scheme-level problem, not a plot-level one.

Plot sales need consistency and speed: the same reporting on every plot, phase after phase, delivered fast enough not to hold up reservations, with a single point of contact who knows the scheme rather than treating each plot as a new enquiry.
